About M Group Capital
We are an owner-operator. We buy workforce apartment communities in Dallas-Fort Worth, improve how they are run, and hold them for the long term. Our team manages the properties directly rather than handing them to a third party, which is why our investor updates talk about occupancy and operations rather than projections.
We also run free educational sessions for people who want to understand this market before they put money into it. Recent sessions have covered what actually causes apartment deals to fail, and the questions worth asking any operator.
